Grundfos Hydro Multi-E is a factory-assembled, variable-speed packaged booster system with two to four CRE/CRIE pumps (or two to three CME pumps) connected in parallel on a common base frame with stainless steel AISI 316 Ti manifolds. IE5 super-premium-efficiency MGE permanent-magnet motors with integrated frequency converters and cascade PI control hold constant pressure at varying demand, delivering flows up to approximately 120 m3/h and heads up to 110 m at 50 Hz. Dry-running protection, redundant pressure sensors, and a diaphragm tank are fitted as standard. Application areas include apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, office buildings, industrial process water, and irrigation.
