The Grundfos MAGNA1 and MAGNA3 are seal-less, wet-rotor variable-speed circulators built on permanent-magnet motor technology, covering flows up to 70 m³/h and heads up to 18 m with a best-in-class Energy Efficiency Index of 0.20 or lower. MAGNA3 adds AUTOADAPT and FLOWADAPT self-optimising control, a built-in heat energy meter, TFT display and BMS integration via optional CIM fieldbus modules, while MAGNA1 offers nine simple field-selectable control settings. Applications include commercial HVAC heating circuits, chilled-water and air-conditioning systems, district energy, ground-source heat pump systems and domestic hot-water recirculation.
